1. Interface International Education Program

The Interface OASIS Program, which is in its 15th year of operation, is an outsourced international education admissions and student visa support service for international education providers and their prospective international students.

Interface OASIS Program mission: To provide bonafide international students with student-course-institution matching counselling based on course preference, academic background and future career path, to enable them to gain direct admission to full-fee skilled occupation based education and training programs at reputable international education institutions.

Preliminary International Admissions Assessment: International students are invited to find out if they qualify for study abroad by submitting an electronic curriculum vitae (eCV) via the international education section of this website. Upon receipt, the Interface Admissions Team will forward a free, no obligation preliminary assessment based on the student's course preferences, academic background and their future career path. The Interface Admissions Team will then forward a preliminary offer of admission via the Authorised Interface Representative (or, if not available in their region, an Interface Counsellor) along with further instructions so that students can complete the formal admission and student visa application processes in a timely manner.

Interface international education services: The following specific services are offered by the Interface OASIS Program

To participating education providers

  • Promotion and marketing through the extensive international Interface Education EXPO program; online and off-line marketing and student recruitment programs; and the ongoing regional marketing activities and online student follow-up activities carried out by the Interface Admissions Team in cooperation with our global network of Authorised Interface Representatives 
  • Comprehensive online and off-line recruitment, eCV assessment, screening, selection; academic counselling and remote admission services to potential full-fee international students
  • Comprehensive online and off-line student visa counselling, application preparation, documentation validation and verification services
  • Collection of tuition fees, medical insurance charges; and securing essential student visa support documentation and other providing other crucial administrative services once the student visa has been pre-approved
  • Liaison between participating education providers, Authorised Interface Representatives, students and their family and local banking, diplomatic mission and government authorities
  • Provision of market intelligence about changes to market conditions, student demand, local banking, diplomatic mission and government regulations and the possible impact on the regional export education markets
  • Provision of market intelligence about the activities of competitors outside the Interface Program and about potential offshore educational opportunities for participating education providers

To Authorised Interface Representatives and their student clients

  • Online and off-line academic, career and financial counselling
  • Provision of information about participating education providers overseas student program and product knowledge including product knowledge about course and their availability
  • Comprehensive online and off-line eCV international admissions assessment, direct admission and student visa preparation services
  • Provision of correct documentation to meet the requirements of the local banking, diplomatic mission and government authorities
  • Arranging release of essential student visa support documentation upon payment of tuition fees so that student visa formalities can be completed
  • Use of the Interface OASIS eCMS export education software for the purpose of tracking student status from initial registration through to enrolment
  • Liaison between Authorised Interface Representatives, student clients and their parents; participating education providers and local banking, diplomatic mission and government authorities
  • Provision of intelligence on shifts in admission and student visa policy and the impact of such changes on individual student cases

The Interface OASIS Program which is currently available in most countries from the China Sea through to the Mediterranean Sea is empowered by a unique electronic export education client management system. This system has been developed and funded in-house by Interface exclusively for the benefit of participating Interface education providers, Authorised Interface Representatives and Interface student clients and their parents. This comprehensive marketing, student recruitment, academic admissions and student visa support system is supported by a fully trained Interface Admissions Team which currently operates out of the Interface South Asia Headquarters in New Delhi, India and the Interface Australia Headquarters in Sydney, Australia.

2. Interface Skilled Migration Program

The Interface Skilled Migration web page has been specifically designed to provide value added services to our former, current and future Interface clients who wish to apply for skilled migration to Australia under one of the following visa classes:

  • Skilled offshore independent visas
  • Skilled onshore overseas student visas
  • Skilled onshore New Zealand citizen visas

Preliminary Skilled Migration Evaluation: To find out if they qualify, skilled migration applicants are invited to submit their eCV via this website so that the Interface Migration Solicitor (Registered Migration Agent Number: 9368518) can conduct a free, no obligation preliminary evaluation on their behalf. If they qualify for skilled migration to Australia, an Authorised Interface Representative (or Interface Counsellor) will despatch an electronic invitation and our schedule of fees in the form of an invoice along with comprehensive instructions so that they can complete the rather complex skills assessment and skilled visa application processes with relative ease. 

The following Interface services are provided to skilled migration clients by the Interface Migration Solicitor:

  • Provision of information on requirements of Australian Government's Skilled Migration Program
  • Preliminary evaluation of comprehensive eCV by Interface Registered Migration Agent
  • Preparation and lodgement of skills assessment application to appropriate Australian skill assessing authority
  • Preparation and lodgement of skilled migration visa application to DIMIA Skilled Migration Assessment Centre in Adelaide, Australia
  • Liaison between applicant, Authorised Interface Representative, Interface Migration Coordinator, the Interface Migration Solicitor and the Australian Department of Immigration, Multicultural and Indigenous Affair's Skilled Migration Assessment Centre in Adelaide, Australia.

This program is managed through the following companies: Interface Migration Pty Ltd (onshore clients) and Interface eMigration Pty Ltd (offshore clients) in cooperation with the Interface Migration Coordinator and the Interface Migration Solicitor (Registered Migration Agent Number: 9368518).
